Since I am a member of the Creative Soup Creative Team, I will have opportunies over the next couple of months to post challenges etc. on a blog to link back to the Creative Soup site. Since I didn't have a blog, I thought that this was a perfect opportunity to give blogging a try.
At the beginning of my summer break, I watched Dr. Brene Brown on a video she recorded for Paper Coterie. In the video she talked about connection, belonging and being enough. Dr. Brown made the following statement in her video. "Joy is born from ordinary moments." I loved that quote, wrote it down and have been pondering that statement this summer. I've decided it would be a perfect title for my blog. Here is the link to Dr. Brown's video: https://www.papercoterie.com/blog/connection-belonging-and-being-enough/.
Dr. Brown gives the following three tips for being a "whole-hearted" person who has joy and purpose and meaning.
